Product Hunt & Hacker News
We regularly scan Product Hunt launches and Hacker News "Show HN" posts to identify new tools being actively used by the community.
Official Vendor Outreach
For enterprise-grade tools, we reach out directly to vendors to obtain accurate pricing and feature information.
2. How We Evaluate Tools
Pricing Accuracy
We verify pricing from the official website. We note when pricing is custom or requires contacting the vendor.
Complexity Rating
We rate every tool as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced based on setup time, learning curve, and technical requirements.
Integration Depth
We categorize tools by their primary integrations and use cases to surface the right tool for each workflow need.
Official Sources Only
All data is sourced directly from official websites, official documentation, or GitHub repositories — never from third-party aggregators.
3. Verification Status Badges
Every tool in our directory displays one of three verification statuses, so you always know how current the data is.
